Skillon supervises training in regulated environments: who was trained on which version of which procedure, what expires and when, and the evidence that the record was complete on the day an inspector asks for it.

## The problem

Training records are usually complete in retrospect. A procedure changes, the retraining happens, and the record catches up a few weeks later — which is exactly the window an inspector picks a name and a date from. The gap is not the training, it is the proof.

## What it does

1. Ties every training requirement to a specific document version, so a change to the procedure immediately shows who is now out of date.
2. Tracks expiry, refresher cycles and qualification prerequisites per role, with the reminders and the sign-off in the same record.
3. Answers the inspection question as a query, not a search: this person, this procedure, this date — trained, on which version, signed by whom.

## Key capabilities

- **Competency matrix by position** — Required trainings per position and department, with the trained, expiring and overdue state of every employee visible in one grid.
- **Document matrix tied to procedure versions** — Which version of which procedure requires which training is a record, so a new revision immediately shows who is out of date.
- **Gaps, plans and sessions** — Competency gaps per team, training plans, scheduled sessions and a calendar, with sign-off in the same record as the requirement.
- **Training evidence registry** — Evidence of completed training with electronic signature (21 CFR Part 11) and reports built for the inspection question: this person, this procedure, this date.
- **Immutable audit trail and roles** — A database trigger prevents edits to the audit trail; access is enforced server-side per role, and each employee has a personal workspace with their own matrix.

## Who it is for

Training coordinators, QA and department heads in GxP manufacturing, distribution and laboratories — and anyone who has had to assemble a training file the night before an inspection.

## Where it stands

Commercial — available under licence today. Onboarding starts with a working session on your own data, where the configuration baseline and the shared-responsibility split are agreed before anything goes live.

## The same foundation as every Synlogica application

Every application in the portfolio carries the same controls, so an inspector who has seen one knows how to read the next.

- Versioned records — a record can be superseded, never silently altered.
- Electronic signature on every controlled step.
- An audit trail an inspector can follow, hash-chained end to end.
- Runs on your own tenant, hosted in the EU.
