Terminus M1 scores freight tenders on landed cost rather than headline rate, and makes spot exposure and the leakage between the tender you awarded and the invoices you actually pay visible while the round is still open.

## The problem

A tender is awarded on the rate card and paid on the invoice, and the two drift apart month by month: spot moves, surcharges, lanes that were never in the annex. By the time finance sees the gap it is a budget variance, not a decision anyone can still take.

## What it does

1. Measures tender leakage across SKU × lane × month, so the difference between what was awarded and what is paid has a location and a cause.
2. Scores lanes and carriers by tail risk, not the mean — the 80th-percentile worst case is what the budget has to survive.
3. Puts spot exposure on the table during the round, with the rules and model versions behind every score recorded for review.

- **Orders board and carrier recommendations** — Transport orders on a kanban or table with mode, priority and planner filters; carrier recommendations from five ML models with a risk class on each.
- **Tenders and RFQ** — Tender rounds with requirements, public carrier-offer links secured per invitation, tender recommendations and historical decisions.
