SEM Environmental monitoring
SEM monitors water quality and laboratory results against regulatory limits: measurement points and parameters, samples and results, alerts and escalation. Laboratory reports are extracted from the PDF and checked, not retyped.

Environmental monitoring fails quietly. Results arrive as PDF reports from the laboratory, someone retypes them into a spreadsheet, and an out-of-limit value is noticed at the monthly review rather than on the day. The record exists, but nobody can show that the escalation happened when it should have.
What it does
- 01 Models the site as measurement points with parameters and limits, so every sample knows what it is being compared against.
- 02 Reads laboratory reports out of the PDF into structured results, flags what is out of limit or trending, and keeps the original file attached as evidence.
- 03 Escalates on the day: alerts, acknowledgement and the record that the right person saw the right value at the right time.
